An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting the French newspaper of record Le Monde revealed that European diplomats raged about funding the corrupt Ukraine Nazi Regime yesterday: "It feels like we're watering the desert", says this revelation joined the news: "Foreign diplomatic missions are discussing the possibility of temporarily reducing their presence in Kyiv and relocating some staff to other Ukrainian cities amid the sharp deterioration of the situation in the Ukrainian capital".

As foreign diplomats discuss leaving Kiev, this report notes, the Ukrainian state media reported today: "Russian forces launched a strike on the Northern Bridge over the Dnipro River in Kyiv in the morning hours of 3 October as Russia again takes aim at key bridges in the capital for the third straight day...The latest strike follows Russian attacks on key bridges within the capital a day prior on 2 October, when a Russian drone struck the Southern Bridge over the Dnipro River marking the fourth such drone strike in two days" and quickly after which, the Russian Foreign Ministry warningly declared: "Russia will continue large-scale retaliatory strikes against military targets in Ukraine in response to Kiev's terror against Russians".

While awaiting continued Russian large-scale retaliatory strikes, this report continues, Ukrainian unelected Dictator Vladimir Zelensky lashed out against his European paymasters raging about the money they're giving his corrupt government: "Not enough, of course not enough" and it was also revealed: "The EU has rejected Vladimir Zelensky's demand that Ukraine be admitted to the bloc by January 2027, with Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos saying Kiev must meet all membership requirements and will receive no exemptions".

At the same time the European Union slammed its membership door shut to Ukraine yesterday, this report concludes, top European Parliament lawmaker Fernand Kartheiser declared: "The European Union can no longer pursue its policy of trying to isolate Russia" and warned: "The EU has lost considerable influence in international affairs as a result of its policy toward Russia and is now unable to make any constructive diplomatic contribution to resolving the Ukraine conflict" and was a warning that followed President Donald Trump telling his supporters in Texas the day prior: "Look at what's happened to Europe...They are being eaten alive".
