A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first notes The Embassy of the Russian Federation to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland issued a final warning: "Reports that the Kiev regime is using British drones to carry out strikes deep inside Russian territory confirm that London is deliberately opting for an escalation of the Ukraine crisis, while hypocritically professing a desire for peace...In doing so, the United Kingdom is acting as an accomplice and co-perpetrator of the bloody crimes and terrorist attacks committed by Ukrainian neo-Nazis, seeking to contain Russia and inflict maximum damage on it by proxy...London's actions will inevitably carry consequences for which it will have to answer...The deeper its involvement in the conflict and the greater its support for Kiev's terrorist machinery, the higher the price it will pay".
After receiving the final warning issued by Russia, this report notes, British Prime Minister Andy Burnham defiantly proclaimed: "We are not fair-weather friends, we will be there in Ukraine's hour of need and that won't change", and it was also documented: "Former Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Fedorov told the BBC on Tuesday that "consequences" could include the possibility of attacks...He said many military experts advising the Kremlin are convinced that NATO would not respond forcefully if Russia were to hit the UK..."Trump will not allow NATO to answer", he said".
In response to Prime Minister Burnham defying the final warning issued by Russia, this report continues, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov further warned: "You know, I feel sorry for Britain if it intends to stand with Ukraine until the very end...President Putin has warned that we have the right to act in any part of the world's oceans if anyone encroaches on our interests or our property...Likewise, we have every right to regard the proudly proclaimed direct involvement of British missile forces in strikes against Russia as participation in the war, with all the consequences that entails" and was warning joined with the news:
Russia's Project 09851 Khabarovsk special-purpose nuclear submarine appears to have begun its first factory sea trials after being photographed leaving Severodvinsk on August 17.
The voyage takes Russia's first submarine designed from the outset around the Poseidon underwater weapon from shipyard construction into at-sea testing.
Khabarovsk was laid down at Sevmash on July 27, 2014. It was rolled out of its construction hall on November 1, 2025, and physically lowered into the water later that month before undergoing final outfitting and dockside tests.
Russia's Defense Ministry said the submarine was built to deploy modern underwater weapons, including robotic systems. Its detailed specifications remain classified, but it is widely assessed to carry up to six Poseidon vehicles.
Poseidon is an autonomous, nuclear-powered and nuclear-capable underwater drone designed to travel across intercontinental distances. Instead of flying through the radar and interceptor networks built to detect ballistic missiles, it approaches its target beneath the ocean.
With Russia possessing the largest nuclear weapons inventory in the world, this report concludes, all of them, including the nuclear-powered and nuclear-capable Poseidon underwater drone, are part of the doomsday "Dead Hand" system that can fire them all without human orders this doomsday system was was put on combat duty in 1983, and Strategic Missile Forces commander Lieutenant General Sergei Karakaev stated that the Dead Hand system exists to this day and is on alert.
