An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting unelected Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky announced after his Saturday phone call with President Donald Trump: "President Trump and I discussed the current situation on the frontline as well as our diplomatic efforts...There is a real prospect to put an end to this war, and America's resolve is decisive...We have agreed to continue these discussions during the NATO Summit in Ankara", says Ukrainian Air Force Command spokesman Yurii Ihnat then revealed: "Ukraine is facing a critical shortage of interceptor missiles for its air defense systems", all of which was joined with the news: "Russia launched waves of missiles and drones toward Kyiv overnight on 6 July...Ukraine's Air Force said Russia launched a combined attack involving 23 ballistic missiles, 39 cruise missiles, six hypersonic Zircon missiles, and 351 attack and decoy drones overnight, with Kyiv as the primary target".

As Dictator Zelensky began his travels to the NATO Summit earlier today, this report notes, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announced: "Last night, in retaliation to the Kiev regime's terrorist attacks on Russian territory, the Russian Armed Forces delivered a massive strike by ground-based, airborne and seaborne long-range precision weapons and attack unmanned aerial vehicles on military-industrial enterprises, fuel and energy sites in Kiev and the Kiev Region, and also the infrastructure of military airfields in the Dnepropetrovsk, Poltava, Cherkassy Chernigov and Kiev Regions".

Along with Russia sending Dictator Zelensky off to the NATO Summit with a massive bang, this report continues, the Ministry of Defense also announced: "A large-scale attack on Russian territory allegedly planned by Vladimir Zelensky ahead of the NATO summit was thwarted by the professional actions of Russia's Armed Forces...During the night of 6 July, the Ukraine's government attempted a massive long-range drone strike against targets on Russian territory outside the combat zone...A total of 625 long-range attack drones were launched, of which 613 were shot down over Russian regions" and revealed: "Ukraine has refused to accept the bodies of the 13,500 Ukrainian servicemen who died in Konstantinovka...The Kiev regime has done absolutely nothing so that the bodies of dead Ukrainian servicemen could be buried properly by their relatives".

Ahead of the NATO Summit where Dictator Zelensky will beg his Western backers for more money and weapons, this report details, world-renowned retired CIA senior analyst Larry Johnson warningly assessed:

While Ukraine has enjoyed some success in targeting Russian refineries in the western region of Russia, the Ukrainian strikes pale in comparison to the damage Russia is inflicting on Ukraine's remaining industrial assets.

The total strength of the Russian army now stands at 1.5 million soldiers, which means less than half are committed to the fight in Ukraine.

Here is the critical difference between Russia and Ukraine: Russia has ample reserves of men and ammunition while Ukraine has no strategic reserve of fresh, equipped formations that could exploit success or backstop a major breach.

While the war grinds on at a slow pace in terms of Western assessments, the facts on the ground show that Ukraine has no viable means of stopping the Russian advances.

Russia is content to inflict massive casualties on Ukraine using its superiority in artillery, drones and FAB-glide bombs. Ukraine's artillery and drone forces are dwarfed by Russia and Ukraine does not have FAB-glide bombs and the aircraft to deliver them if it did.

The defeat of Ukraine is inevitable.

The real question is how much of Ukraine outside of the Donbas, Kherson and Zaporhyzhia will Russia capture?

Most certainly awaiting the inevitable defeat of Ukraine, this report concludes, is NATO member Poland, that just stripped Dictator Zelensky of its highest honor after he glorified the Nazi Germans that massacred thousands of Polish civilians during World War II Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova then factually observed: "Polish authorities are supplying weapons to the followers of those who killed their own ancestors" a factual observation joined with the news: "The parliamentary opposition in Poland has demanded answers from the government of Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk after reports of a secret delivery of in-demand Patriot air defense missiles to Ukraine" and top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov explained why Dictator Zelensky and his regime are continuing a war that is already lost: "They are absolutely convinced that a significant part of Ukraine is actually Polish land...So, the threat of disintegration truly hangs over Ukraine".
