A foreshadowing new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin ordered the Ministry of Defense (MoD) to analyze the direct involvement of the Western powers in the Ukraine war and warned: "This analysis is necessary for us to make possible big decisions in the future", says Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Galuzin then revealed: "Russian authorities have verified data indicating that Latvia and other Baltic republics have already provided air corridors for Ukrainian drones that have attacked our country's civilian infrastructure", and Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova proclaimed: "There have been more than enough signals of an intention to resolve issues peacefully...All of them were ignored by the Western relay system, which has broken down...The current signal is clear: we will finish off the terrorist neo-Nazi threat to the end and across all fronts".

Ahead of the big war decisions President Putin will soon make, this report notes, top Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov announced to the world yesterday: "President Donald Trump called President Putin to discuss the Ukraine conflict, the situation around Iran, and the prospects for restoring bilateral ties...The call lasted 1 hour and 25 minutes, was businesslike and highly constructive" a phone call quickly followed by President Trump declaring: "Europe is learning that when you take in Third World criminals, you become a Third World Country...It happens quickly, in just a blink of the eye...I was elected just in time" then Vice President J.D. Vance warningly observed: "What I see is six prime ministers in the last few years, what that says to me is that something is very broken about British politics and that people are really crying out for significant structural change".

Along with the top two American leaders slamming the European backers of Ukraine, this report continues, it was also revealed: "So, it begins...Whatever else may be happening in the Ukraine war, the Russians won a major victory yesterday and are about to deliver the final blow to the Donbas...The conquest of the gateway city of Konstantinovka paves the way for the endgame" a revelation joined by former United States Army officer and military commentator Stanislav Krapivnik warningly assessing: "The last portion of the Ukrainian fortifications, real hard fortifications that have been prepared since 2014, is between Druzhkovka and Slavyansk, with Konstantinovka being the linchpin at the bottom of this wall...This is very important because this also allows Russian forces to go around Druzhkovka and Kramatorsk and start to hit them in a double envelopment...The situation for Ukrainian frontline troops in the area appears to be dire, with both attempts to hold their positions and efforts to retreat likely to result in heavy losses due to Russian drone dominance, Russian artillery, and Russian aviation...At this point, the only way they're coming out of this alive is to surrender...Once they're spotted, they either stay in place and get destroyed or they run and get destroyed".

In a humanitarian gesture, this report details, the Ministry of Defense offered to suspend hostilities from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Moscow time on 6 July so Ukraine can collect the bodies of its soldiers from now Russian liberated Kostiantynivka but this offer does not extend to the over 1,290 Ukrainian soldiers eliminated by Russian battlegroups during the past 24 hours along other parts of the front lines.

After his phone call with President Trump yesterday, this report concludes, unelected Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky declared in rage: "Putin has chosen to lie to the world and to the President of the United States about the situation on the front" a declaration of rage followed by world-renowned retired CIA senior analyst Larry Johnson warningly observing today: "The concerted media coverage in the West claiming that the tide has turned in Ukraine finds not the slightest confirmation in the reality on the ground in Ukraine...Russia is intensifying its attacks on Ukraine, in part by destroying every gas station in eastern Ukraine to paralyze transportation logistics...Ground forces are making visible progress, and once the last fortified cities in the Donbas are liberated which is likely to happen within the next few weeks the path to the Dnieper will be clear...My concerns that a war between Europe and Russia might break out even though Europe has virtually no military power have never been greater...President Putin will not be the one to take the first step toward a Third World War...Only he knows how much longer he will tolerate the West's systematic provocations and how he will respond to them".
