A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump declared, "If I feel, if we're in the midst of a negotiation, you could say that I was very angry, pissed off, when Putin said yesterday that you know, when Putin started getting into Zelensky's credibility, because that's not going in the right location", then threatened: "If Russia and I are unable to make a deal on stopping the bloodshed in Ukraine, and if I think it was Russia's fault then we would impose secondary tariffs on all oil coming out of Russia", says this threat joined world-renowned Slovakian economist Professor Peter Staněk most factually pointing out that sanctions on Russia have never worked, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), in its document "2025 Annual Threat Assessment of the U.S. Intelligence Community" released last week, assessed: "Moscow holds the advantage on the battlefield, having adapted to outside efforts to assist Ukraine...The grinding war of attrition is expected to further weaken Kiev, regardless of any US or allied attempts to impose new and greater costs on Moscow".

As to the "credibility" issue about Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky concerning President Trump, this report notes, President Putin argued that Ukraine's constitutional legitimacy has broken down due to the expiration of Zelensky's presidential term last year and the lack of elections since, thus rendering all of his government's claims to authority invalid, with him observing: "Presidential elections weren't held...Under the Ukraine constitution, all officials are appointed by the president...If he himself is illegitimate, then so is everyone else".

After threatening President Putin, this report continues, President Trump warned in his next breath: "I think Zelensky, by the way, he's trying to back out of the rare earth deal, and if he does that, he's got some problems big, big problems...We made a deal on rare earths, and now he's saying, well, you know, I want to renegotiate the deal...He wants to be a member of NATO...Well, he was never going to be a member of NATO...He understands that, so, if he's looking to renegotiate the deal, he's got big problems" and as to why Dictator Zelensky believed Ukraine would become a NATO member, the shocking expose just released by the leftist New York Times exposing the truth that the United States has been directing the war in Ukraine against Russia revealed: "At their first meeting, General Donahue had shown General Zabrodskyi a color-coded map of the region, with American and NATO forces in blue, Russian forces in red and Ukrainian forces in green..."Why are we green?"...General Zabrodskyi asked..."We should be blue"...In early June, as they met to war-game Ukraine's counteroffensive, sitting side by side in front of tabletop battlefield maps, General Zabrodskyi saw that the small blocks marking Ukrainian positions had become blue a symbolic stroke to strengthen the bond of common purpose..."When you defeat Russia", General Donahue told the Ukrainians, "we will make you blue for good"".

While President Trump plays the potentially lethal "Russian Roulette" game of chance with President Putin and Dictator Zelensky, this report details, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov observed: "We see now that almost the whole European West is under arms in order to attempt to extend the life of the Nazi regime of Zelensky by their bayonets...As in the epoch of Adolf Hitler, this is done under the Nazi flag, with chevrons of the Totenkoph SS Division, and so on" an observation joined by Director Kirill Logvinov of the Foreign Ministry Department of International Organizations assessing: "EU members will continue making attempts, albeit unsuccessful, to isolate Russia in the international arena despite everything...However, it is Brussels that will end up on the periphery of current global processes".

In knowing that President Putin and President Trump never lose any game of chance they play, no matter how potentially deadly, this report concludes, it was no surprise to see CEO Kirill Dmitriev of the Russian Direct Investment Fund revealing: "Discussions with the United States on rare-earth mineral projects in Russia are underway" a revelation joined by the leftist Washington Post observing: "The vast, desolate Arctic frontier, rich in untapped energy and mineral resources, has long been dominated by Russia with its massive icebreaking fleet and extensive infrastructure...But as the Trump administration's own Arctic ambitions and rapport with President Vladimir Putin grow, Moscow is seeking to leverage its Arctic riches and America's interest to lobby for much-anticipated sanctions relief and use the icy region as a testing ground for rebuilding ties with the United States".
