Kelly Carr

Mz. Kelly Carr, The Voice of The Rose Festival Centennial, has been performing and entertaining for over 25 years as a singer, dancer, actor and model. Her whole life has been spent entertaining and inspiring people.

Mz. Carr will be featured at the upcoming "Veteran's Memorial Fight Night," November 10, 2007, at the Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds, in Ridgefield, Washington.
